Wake up, get up, eat up, drink up, drive up, open up,sit down. Play with my toys. Then simply reverse the procedure. Within days this has become automatic, not much to think about, not much time to think, although as I ponder where to put my battery of lighting effects I feel strangely satisfied.
Like all animals my real routine is annual
