'Bedewed with the diamonds in the grass'

Bedewed with the diamonds in the grass,
Shining in their collected nectar,
Deceiving us in their separate life, vast
Collections of wisdom live in each star
And shine their lessons learned unto the night
With passions burning brighter all the day,
Until they should reveal their rite,
Ascension burning with a thousand years' rays
To light upon the trembling diamond dew
And cast a mystic dust upon the day,
To rise again in hearts of those who knew.

I find this poem of yours to be interesting because in terms of astrology, it is usually argued that it is the gravity of each celestial object which has an influence on humans, as the human body is approximately 70% water, and the Moon's gravity is so powerful as to bring into being the oceans' tides—therefore, the transits of the Moon must have an influence on humans. But this poem suggests that light from celestial objects, also has an influence on humans; it is a scientific fact that data can be transmitted by means of light waves—therefore, the stars and planets must shine messages, perhaps through the windows of open eyes and into the minds of reflective souls.

Ravenwing.

Oh, wow. Thank you for this very interesting and unusual comment! I'm glad you found my poem interesting.

Ahh, thank you, Raphael. I always enjoy hearing from you! :D
I've been thinking about it. It would be a good start for me, and a good motivation to write more poetry than I do. I think I will, when I get a good, solid collection that I can be proud of.

Yes I wish you good luck with that too, I would love to do the same myself, but I don't feel anything I've written is anywhere near good enough to be published :(
